Made in USA labels, photographs, wood, Dimension Variable

Inspired by the Products Labeling Act, which mandates a ‘Made in USA’ label on most clothing if the final product is manufactured in the U.S., regardless of the origin of materials in earlier manufacturing stages, my work attempts to portray observations in the fashion district in LA. Aim to weave different types of square patterns into the scene - lots of windows, labels and immigrant workers who shape the scene.
